Showering is allowed but the eyebrows should not get wet.
- No water contact for the first 7 days
- No shower directly on your face and eyebrows
- Your pigmentation should remain dry for 7 days
- No swimming, sunbathing or going to the sauna for 2 weeks

If during showering the eyebrows do get damp, gently pat them off with a towel. Do not rub!
Why not shower after PMU?

What are you still not allowed to do after permanent makeup?

- Not swimming
- No sun or tanning bed for 14 days

How long should permanent makeup stay dry?
- Avoid water after treatment, the area should be kept as dry as possible. After the treatment, nothing should be smeared on the treated skin for 7 days: no creams, no makeup, no lotion, ...
Why not go out in the sun after PMU?
- UV radiation from the sun accelerates cell division in your skin, causing pigment to break down sooner. And as a result, your permanent makeup fades.
Why a touch-up?
- A touch up is not always necessary but we do offer this service if needed. Some people prefer a natural look while others desire more of a makeup look.
- During the first treatment we place the eyebrows quite naturally so you can decide if you want them to be more intense. The color is gently built up this way. You can always make it darker, but not lighter.
When is the best time to do my touch-up?
- It is important that the skin is fully healed before doing a touch-up. It may appear that your brows are already fully healed, but this does not mean that the deeper layers of skin are already healed.
- This is why we always ask for a deadline of at least 4 weeks after your first treatment. Only then will the deeper skin layers have also healed and you can work safely without the risk of scarring.
How long will my eyebrows stay darker after eyebrow pigmentation?
Expect your eyebrows to be about 20% darker for the first 3 to 4 days. After that, the color will gradually begin to soften, only to see results after about 2 weeks.
Is permanent makeup dangerous?
